Microsoft Office Patchday (5. September 2017)

[English]Microsoft hat am 5. September 2017 erwartungsgemäß eine Reihe nicht sicherheitsrelevanter Updates für Microsoft Office 2013 und Office 2016 freigegeben.

Diese nicht sicherheitsrelevanten Updates werden auf dieser Webseite sowie in den verlinkten KB-Artikeln dokumentiert. Hier ist die Liste der Updates.

Office 2013

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3172484):  Der Microsoft Audit and Control Management Server (ACM) 2013 trackt keine Änderungen in Dateien, falls die zu überwachenden Dateitypen im File types to monitor Feld Dateinamen mit einem Komma enthalten. Problem ist, dass das Komma als Separator behandelt wird.

Wichtig: It das System so konfiguriert, dass es Kommas als Separator im Feld File types to monitor verwendet, muss dieser Separator auf ein Semicolon geändert werden. Kommas werden nach der Installation dieses Updates nicht mehr als Listen-Separatoren erkannt.

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3172512): Das Update behebt die folgenden zwei Problem im Microsoft Audit and Control Management Server (ACM) 2013:

• If a monitored file does not exist or it is inaccessible in the processing folder or processing queue, the Microsoft Audit and Control Management Server (ACM) 2013 spreadsheet processor service freezes.
• Microsoft Audit and Control Management Server (ACM) 2013 may not track changes in files when the File types to monitor field includes a file name that contains a comma. This issue occurs because the comma is treated as a separator character instead of a matched character in the file name.

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3203486): Ermöglicht die korrekte Darstellung der Pixel-Länge in ODF (Open Document Format) Dateien bei deren Anzeige in Word 2013.

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB3213536): Nach der Verwendung des Bereichs Arbeitsmappenabfragen in Microsoft Excel 2013 können Sie das Fenster "Power Pivot-Verwaltung" nicht wieder öffnen.

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB4011087): Das Update wird nur auf Windows 7-Systemen mit Office 2013 installiert und kann sich nicht mehr deinstallieren lassen. Es richtet eine neue Schriftart ein und korrigiert damit folgende Fehler.

Emojis are sometimes displayed as square boxes in Office 2013 applications in Windows 7. This issue might occur if you receive email messages and documents from an Office 2016 Click-to-Run user. Documents and email messages that are created in Office 2016 applications (the Click-to-Run version) request emojis to be displayed in the Segoe UI Emoji font. However, this font is missing in Windows 7. This update update installs the Segoe UI Emoji font.

Das gilt auch für das nächste Office 2013 Click-To-Run Release.

Update for Microsoft Office 2013 (KB4011106): Das Update fixt ein Problem, bei dem Office Add-ins plötzlich gestoppt werden oder exzessiv Ressourcen verwenden. Das Update gilt auch für Office Home and Student 2013 RT.

Update for Microsoft Project 2013 (KB4011109): Gilt nur für die .msi-Installer-Variante und behebt ein Druckproblem bei Gantt-Diagrammen.

Update for Microsoft Visio 2013 (KB3191936): Behebt ein Problem, bei dem nutzerdefinierte Zellen unerwartet gelöscht werden, wenn eine .vsd-Datei in Microsoft Visio 2013 als .vsdx-Datei gespeichert wird.

Update for Microsoft Word 2013 (KB4011105): Behebt einen Bug, bei dem ein Dokument mit sehr vielen Kommentaren unerwartet in der Dokumentbibliothek beschädigt (corrupted) wird.

Office 2016

Update for Microsoft Access 2016 (KB4011032): Fixt eine Fehlermeldung, die beim Import von SharePoint-Daten und benutztem sr-Cyrl-RS-Sprachpaket auftritt.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB3191923): Das Update fixt folgende Punkte

• This update enables certain special characters for the Add-in commands in the Office 2016 ribbon.
• This update improves the Internet Explorer session to make sure that you can reuse the Internet Explorer process for applications in Outlook Inspector window.
• This update fixes some high DPI issues for add-ins. For example, you have a high-resolution monitor and a lower-resolution monitor. When you start the host on the high DPI monitor, start a task pane add-in, and then drag the window over to the lower DPI monitor. The add-in will be resized to a much smaller version that's not usable.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB3191924): Fixt den Fehler mit der Abbruchmeldung 'Reserved error (-7713): there is no message for this error', der beim Arbeiten mit verlinkten SQL Datenquellen in Microsoft Access 2016 auftritt.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB3203478): Dieses Update behebt eine ganze Reihe an Bugs in diversen Office-Modulen.

• The changes to an existing PowerPivot data provider cannot be committed.
• When you upgrade the data model in a workbook that's opened from SharePoint, you receive an error message that resembles the following: We couldn't load the Data Model. This may be because the Data Model in this workbook is damaged. PowerPivot is unable to load the Data Model.
• You cannot load tables in PowerPivot window and receive the following error message if you resize the PowerPivot window from a larger display screen to a smaller display screen: Unable to load the tables in the PowerPivot window.
• When you try to create a new Pivot Table from the PowerPivot window, you receive the following error message: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation
• After you change the size of the PowerPivot windows, the current selection is replaced with table name if semi-select mode is enabled.
• When you try to delete a sheet after you click on Add to Data Model in PowerPivot tab, Excel 2016 freezes and you receive the following error message: Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.
  Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.
• After you delete the data connection and then undo the operation, the PowerPivot add-in and Excel 2016 stop working.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB3203482): Dieses Update behebt eine ganze Reihe an Bugs in diversen Office-Modulen.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011093): Dieses Update behebt die folgenden Bugs, die mit dem 1. August 2017-Updates aufgetreten sind.

• After you install the August 1, 2017, update for Office 2016 (KB4011051), you may experience issues accessing WMI programmatically from Excel.
• After you install the August 1, 2017, update for Office 2016 (KB4011051), the use of the Microsoft Common Controls may be broken.
• After you install the August 1, 2017, update for Office 2016 (KB4011051), the hyperlinks functionality may stop working in Excel 2016.
• For the 32-bit version of Outlook 2016, Office Store redirects you to the web store instead of opening the in-client store.
• Editing languages and Help languages may be changed unexpectedly. For example, a display language may be missing from the editing languages list even if you have not removed it.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011099): Das Update verbessert die Verwendung von System-Ressourcen durch Office 2016-Anwendungen, wenn diese unter einem 32-Bit-Windows auf Geräten mit hoher Bildschirmauflösung ausgeführt werden.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 (KB4011102): Verbessert die Übersetzung für Benachrichtigungen, die beim Speicherversucht von Dokumenten auf unzulässigen Freigabeorten im niederländischen Word 2016 angezeigt werden.

Update for Microsoft Office 2016 Language Interface Pack (KB4011098):  Das Update übersetzt die in der Informationsleiste angezeigten Eigenschaften für Seiten in OneNote 2016, die als Read-Only gesetzt werden, in diverse Sprachen.

Update for Microsoft OneNote 2016 (KB4011092): Das Update ändert folgenden zwei Punkte in OneNote 2016.

• After you install this update, it adds a property to enable pages to be set to read-only. This will also be provided in the information bar.
• This update translates the property that enables pages to be set to read-only in the information bar in multiple language versions of OneNote 2016.

Update for Microsoft Project 2016 (KB4011101): Fixt einen Bug, der in Project 2016 beim Öffnen diverser XML-Dateien zum Absturz führt. Zudem wird ein Problem behoben, dass die Dauer von Tasks von früheren Versionen abweicht.

Update for Microsoft Visio 2016 (KB4011096): Es werden die nachfolgenden Punkte in Visio 2016 gefixt:

• Application crashes when you try to change the gradient stops for a shape by using Visio Drawing Control in the application.
• Refreshing a remote Excel worksheet that's stored in Microsoft SharePoint or Microsoft OneDrive corrupts the query string and causes the next refreshes to fail.
• After a .vsd file is saved as a .vsdx file in Visio 2016, the user-defined cells are deleted unexpectedly.
• After you right-click a Visio embedded object, the Edit and Open commands under the submenu of the Visio object aren't displayed in your selected language, even if you have installed the Office language add-ins.

Update for Microsoft Word 2016 (KB4011039): Dieses Update adressiert die folgenden Punkte in Word 2016.

• This update improves compatibility of Microsoft Word 2016 to allow real-time collaboration on cloud documents between the desktop client, iOS and Android.

• This update fixes the following issues:
  • When you reply or forward an RTF email that contains right-to-left paragraphs with pictures, Outlook 2016 stops working.
  • When you open a document that's marked as Read-only recommended on a network location in Word 2016 and choose to open the document in the read-only mode, other users cannot open the same document as read/write.

Da es sich um nicht sicherheitsrelevante Updates handelt, müssen diese nicht unbedingt installiert werden.
