This summary lists security updates released for November 13, 2018.

Please note the following information regarding the security updates:

* A list of the latest servicing stack updates for each operating
system can be found in [ADV990001](ADV180026). This list will be
updated whenever a new servicing stack update is released. It is
important to install the latest servicing stack update.
* Windows 10 updates are cumulative. The monthly security release
includes all security fixes for vulnerabilities that affect Windows
10, in addition to non-security updates. The updates are available
cvia the [Microsoft Update
Catalog](http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Home.aspx).
* Starting in March 2017, a delta package will be available on the
Microsoft Update Catalog for Windows 10 version 1607 and newer. This
delta package contains just the delta changes between the previous
month and the current release.
* Updates for Windows RT 8.1 and Microsoft Office RT software are
only available via [Windows
Update](http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=21130).
* For information on lifecycle and support dates for Windows 10
operating systems, please see [Windows Lifecycle Facts

* In addition to security changes for the vulnerabilities, updates

    Etwas merkwürdig ist, dass mir ESET NOD32 zwar in der Update-Info anzeigte, dass (wie üblich) auch das Tool zum Entfernen bösartiger Software (KB890830) käme, es dann per Windows-Update-Suche aber diesmal nicht dabei war. -Naja, so wichtig ist das Ding ja eh nicht, vielleicht kommt’s ja noch als Nachzügler.

      Bei mir im WSUS (3.2) ist es mit dabei. Allerdings griff die automatische Freigabe nicht und wenn ich es freigeben möchte, soll ich die EULA akzeptieren. Dort steht dann: “Prerelease Version of Service Pack 2 for Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Home, Media Center, or Tablet PC Edition”. Ist das neu oder ist mir das nur bisher nicht aufgefallen?

        Es gibt einen ausführlichen Artikel von MS zum KB890830. Dort steht, dass man die EULA erst abnicken muss, wenn man sich das Tool einzeln holt und zum ersten Mal anwirft.

      So, nun ist das Tool zum Entfernen bösartiger Software für November 2018 gerade bei mir angekommen.
      (Zusammen mit den üblichen Vorschau-Updates zum Monatsende, die ich wie immer ausgeblendet habe.)
