Update KB4016871 für Windows 10 Version 1703
Update KB4016871 enthält diverse Qualitätsverbesserungen für Windows 10 Version 1703 (Build 15063.296 für PC und 15063.297 für Windows 10 Mobile). Hier die Liste der Fixes:
- Addressed issue with Surface Hub devices waking from sleep approximately every four minutes after the first two hours.
- Addressed issue where autochk.exe can randomly skip drive checks and not fix corruptions, which may lead to data loss.
- Addressed an issue where Microsoft Edge users in networking environments that do not fully support the TCP Fast Open standard may have problems connecting to some websites. Users can re-enable TCP Fast Open in about:flags.

Weitere Windows 10 Updates
Weiterhin wurden noch das dynamische Update KB4020007 und das OOBE-Update KB4020008 für Windows 10 V1607 freigegeben. Update KB4020007 (Compatibility update for upgrading to Windows 10 Version 1703: May 9, 2017) verbessert die Upgrade-Erfahrungen für Windows 10 Version 1703.
Das update KB4020008 (OOBE update for Windows 10 Version 1703: May 9, 2017) soll die Windows 10 Version 1703 out-of-box experience (OOBE) verbessern. Das Update wird nur in Windows 10 Version 1703 vom OOBE Prozess angefordert, wenn dieser ausgeführt wird.

OK, gut ich schaffe den Windows ganz ab, Ich verwende eh nur noch BSD Linux und macOS da finde ich bestimmt auch gute Alternativen zu Photoshop und Co, und habe dann auch nahe zu keine Kosten mehr für irgend welche Lizenzen.
mir werden die Update Listen einfach zu lang, und das ganze ist mir zu kostenintensiv mit Windows. 12 Jahre Windows reichen mir, jetzt ist Schluss.
Ich finde es echt schade was Microsoft für eine Rumpelbude aus Windows gemacht hat.
Danke für die zahlreichen Windows Beiträge, der Blog ist für mich in Sachen Windows immer eine gute Anlaufstelle, und wird es auch weiterhin bleiben.

Du tust ja so als wenn du die lange Liste selbst in mühevoller Kleinarbeit abarbeiten must!
Ist wohl ein bisschen übertrieben, das Update dauerte bei mir (1703) geschlagene 5 Minuten, was für ein Zeitaufwand.
Ging bei mir auch sehr flott, aber ab und an gibt es Updates, die sich etwas Zeit lassen. Aber stört ja eigentlich nicht, wenn der im Hintergrund hängt, ich kann ja trotzdem weiterarbeiten. Zumindest im kleinen Team ist das für mich kein Aufreger und deswegen würde ich auch nicht das System wechseln. Jedes System hat ohnehin seine ganz eigenen Macken.
Nur so am Rande: Bei mir hängt das Windows Update schon den ganzen Tag bei 6%.

Ich habe die Updates jetzt aus dem Updatekatalog heruntergeladen und installiert, damit Ruhe ist.
