Microsoft Patchday Summary 10. April 2018

    Da ich updatemäßig auf dem Stand vom 31.12.2017 bin,
    müßte ich das Update KB4093118 eigentlich installieren.
    Die Furcht vor Kolateralschäden ist zur Zeit noch größer
    als der Wille zur logischen Entscheidung. Vielleicht
    kommen bald die ersten Userkommentare über fehlerfrei
    laufende Systeme nach dem Update von KB4093118,
    oder Günter Born leistet hier eine kleine Entscheidungs-
    hilfe.
    So lange werde ich noch mit der Installation warten.

    Ich habe für W7 erstmals (bin die nächsten Tage nicht vor Ort) das Monthly Rollup (KB4093118) und nicht wie früher stattdessen das reine Sec-only (KB4093108) zusammen mit dem kumulativen Update für IE 11 (KB4093108) installiert.
    Bisher keine Probleme !

    also die Bugliste bei Windows 7 / Server 2008 R2 ist ja gott sei Dank wieder sehr klein geworden.
    SMB-Leak und SSE2 Bugs sind noch vorhanden.

    Lass es grad installieren.

    Win10Pro in 10 Minuten durchgelaufen, ist noch nichts an Problemen zu sehen, läuft.

    System:
    Win10Pro, AMD X4 620, 4GB-Ram, SSD 256GB + 1000GB Speicher, NVIDIA Geforce 9600GT.
    Ist schon bisschen Älter aber flutscht alles ohne irgendwelchen Zirkus.
    Dazu kommen noch zwei Laptops, eins mit AMD, eins mit Intel. Das mit AMD macht nie Probleme aber das Intel zickt öfters mal rum.

    Das blöde KB2952664 wird schon WIEDER angeboten! Es nervt.

    KB4092946 für den IE 11 habe ich vor einiger Zeit
    installiert. Bis jetzt läuft Alles total normal mit dem IE 11.
    Sollten Probleme auftreten, so werde ich Diese sofort hier
    melden.
